Access to all of the lots is by the recently completed Carpenter Drive. After turning off of Plank Road, Carpenter Drive continues uphill and follows the edge of an apple orchard. At the top of the hill, the road turns away from the orchard and opens to long views of the surrounding mountains and the meadow where cattle often graze. The road then makes a 180 degree turn and compresses the view until it turns to cross a stream and reveals a hidden meadow (where lots F-1, F-2, F-3 and F-4 are located). After crossing the meadow, Carpenter Drive turns uphill through tall tulip poplar, hickory and oak trees, and glimpses of the meadow can be seen through openings along the forest edge.
